Zach has been part of the EQ team from its inception where he works as a producer and song writer as well as conference speaker. Zach was on staff at Calvary Chapel Tri-Cities in Kennewick, Washington for nearly two decades where he worked as a youth minister, worship director and young adults pastor. It was there he began to be involved with EQ Worship. He currently lives in McMinnville, Oregon with his beautiful family where they spend most of their days out in God’s creation at the coast or on a hike. He is first a husband and father, and has the privilege of pastoring a wonderful community of believers at CalvaryMac. There he continues to write songs, produce and teach God’s word.
